Cinnamon apples, creamy yogurt and a crunchy walnut graham dipper are a perfect pack and go snack.
2 small apples, cored and cut into 12 wedges
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 (5.3 ounce) containers vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup California walnuts, finely chopped
3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Place apples in a large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon; toss well to coat as evenly as possible.
Place walnuts and graham crackers in a small bowl. Dip half of each apple slice into the yogurt mixture, then dip into the walnut mixture. Enjoy!
