1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups diced apples
1 cup red seedless grapes halved
1 cup celery sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup candied California walnuts, chopped
4 lettuce leaves for serving
Combine Greek yogurt, poppy seed dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir well.
Add in all other ingredients except lettuce and stir gently to toss.
Serve overlettuce leaf.
