Walnuts seasoned with dry ranch seasoning then baked until toasty.
2 slightly heaping cups California walnuts (1/2 lb.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together walnuts and oil in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over walnuts and toss well to coat evenly.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely then store in an airtight container
