4 cups California walnut halves
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot curry powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
Preheat the oven to 225°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; toss well to coat walnuts thoroughly.
Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes; stir. Bake for 15 more minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
