This creamy Thai-inspired walnut dipping sauce is great with chicken satay or shrimp.
1 cup California walnuts
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Place walnuts in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
Heat gently and serve warm with coconut shrimp or chicken satay.
