As sweet as dessert, but all the goodness of walnuts and apple. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for quick snacks or for a light on-the-go lunch.
1 cup California walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup apple, peeled and finely chopped
2 graham cracker sheets
Stir together walnuts, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir in apples and coat well in cinnamon and honey mixture.
Spread mixture over graham crackers and enjoy.
