California Walnuts, Mankai, edamame and avocado are blended with garlic, lemon and smoked paprika in this savory dip. Serve with fresh veggies and tortilla chips.
1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
1/2 cup California Walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
3 cubes Mankai, thawed
2 cloves garlic
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
Chopped California Walnuts and smoked paprika (garnish)
Place all ingredients except garnishes into a food processor and process until smooth. Add additional olive oil if you prefer a thinner texture.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped walnuts and smoked paprika.
