Perfect for summer grilling, this flavorful sauce is great drizzled over grilled summer vegetables or steaks.
1 cup well-drained roasted red peppers
1⁄2 cup California Walnuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve over grilled summer vegetables or grilled steak.
