Ingredients

  • 2 small apples, cored and cut into 12 wedges

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 4 (5.3 ounce) containers vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup California walnuts, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

  1. Place apples in a large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon; toss well to coat as evenly as possible.

  2. Place walnuts and graham crackers in a small bowl. Dip half of each apple slice into the yogurt mixture, then dip into the walnut mixture. Enjoy!
