An easy summer appetizer ready in 15 minutes! Warm peaches with melty goat cheese & crunchy walnuts on top.
4 large peaches, pits removed & cut in half
4 oz goat cheese
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp oil of choice
½ cup California walnuts
Fresh basil to taste
Preheat grill to 400F.
Cut peaches in half and remove pit.
Brush oil onto peaches.
Add peaches face down and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
While the peaches cook, chop walnuts and slice goat cheese into bite-sized pieces, and chiffonade basil.
Remove the peaches from the heat, then top with goat cheese, basil, balsamic, and walnuts.
Eat immediately and enjoy!
