Ingredients

  • 2 cups California walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon walnut or vegetable oil (or as needed)

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place walnuts on a small baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes; let cool.

  2. Transfer to a food processor and process until a thick paste forms. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
