Golden sautéed peaches are tossed with maple syrup, cinnamon, and crunchy walnuts, layered over creamy yogurt and finished with flaky sea salt. Simple, cozy, and delicious!
2 peaches
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup walnuts
1 cup yogurt
Flaky sea salt to garnish
Mint leaves to garnish
Prep and wash peaches then thinly slice. Set this aside.
Grease a pan with butter. Sauté sliced peaches over low medium heat until they are soft and golden.
Add a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon over sauteed sliced peaches and mix until combined.
Add chopped walnuts and mix until combined. Switch off heat.
In a bowl, add a layer of yogurt and add sauteed peaches and walnuts on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
