Ingredients

  • 4 cups California walnut halves

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hot curry powder

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; toss well to coat walnuts thoroughly.

  4. Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes; stir. Bake for 15 more minutes.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  7. Store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
