1 cup low fat milk (or substitute non-dairy milk of choice)
2 tablespoons California Walnuts
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon matcha powder
12 fresh mint leaves
2 ice cubes
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
